Shipping and Returns

International order processing, duties and taxes
Shipments of order to DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) countries may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these will be the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Demari Vi.
Depending on the country and region of delivery address, shipping costs may vary. Standard shipping is available worldwide. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
 
Shipment and tracking
When the order will be tendered to the courier, customers receive an email from Demari Vi, providing the tracking number of the order along with the steps to track it.
 
Delivery time
Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from 2-3 weeks from country to country.
 
Refunds
 
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for orders in which the customer has provided incorrect sizing. It is the duty and responsibility of the customer to check the respective size charts and place the order to their preferred sizing option. Under no circumstances we will accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing provided by the customer. 

In case customer requests the refund of the order returned, the credit note will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the products is complete.
The refund procedure will take 14 days from the arrival of the item/s at the warehouse. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed.
Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement. This may change depending on banks and credit providers, it could take up to 30 working days.
 
Terms and conditions of return
The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s and should have a copy of the invoice inside.
The products must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. 
If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults.
However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact demarivi2022@gmail.com. 
If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and order reference. If your item/s are damaged when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 7 days from the date you received it. 
Demari Vi has taken every measure to make sure the colors of our products that appear on the website are as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
The exchange of purchased Products is not allowed. Therefore, Products received after purchase may only be returned and result in a refund of the price paid for the purchase.

Demari Vi will provide you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched, You will be able to place the tracking number on this website and track your order
